It is generated at end of the qualification process being any of: a conversation closure confirmation, at the end of a follow-up sequence, when you intervene and close the prospect conversation, or if a prospects email or mobile are deemed invalid by our external authentication services.

No, you'll consume a Qualification Conversation credit for every prospect who submits their details or contacts you via your nominated lead generation sources to us. This is regardless of their qualification or conversation process objective outcome.
It depends on your plan, but if your plan indicates '90 days', that means you're plan credits will expire 90 days after being allocated to your account. Credits are allocated at the start of your pre-paid period. If you are on subscription, even if you cancel your plan your credits will be available to you until they expire.
No, after payment. We will provide you with calendar dates to work together on your campaign set-up before you pull the trigger. Once you start pay and start a plan with us, we can secure your set up dates and get to work.
Yes, on both. The rates are determined by Twilio and are charged to your account directly by Twilio at cost. You'll need to create an account with Twilio in order to enable this service. The pricing fees are available here.
You can opt for a higher plan and instruct us to offer prospects a continuation of conversation over web chat via a dedicated live web chat page we provide.

We use Stripe so all major credit cards are accepted as well as ACH/ direct debit. Our prices are quoted in AUD.

We're based in Australia but we serve clients in NZ, US, Canada, Singapore, and other English speaking countries. Please note our business hours are generally 9-5pm, M-F. Exceptions can be made for international customers outside of Australia based on prior arrangement.

We integrate with Twilio for our SMS services. They support international SMS but we do not recommend using international phone numbers as it can negatively impact your conversion rates. You should look to rent an in-country phone number where applicable. We can discuss how this would work directly.
